Shipping & Delivery Policy

At brims-eg.com, we partner with Bosta Logistics to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and securely across Egypt. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Delivery Coverage & Timelines

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. Our delivery schedule runs from Saturday to Thursday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM), excluding Fridays and public holidays.

 

  • Zone 1 (Cairo, Giza, Helwan): 3–4 business days.

     

  • Zone 2 (Alexandria, Delta, & Canal Governorates): 5–6 business days.

     

  • Zone 3 (Upper Egypt & Frontier Regions): 7–8 business days.

     

Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

 

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

  • Standard shipping for small and medium parcels starts at 97 EGP for Cairo and varies by zone.

     

  • For bulky or heavy items (e.g., large equipment or wholesale orders), additional handling fees may apply.

     

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Attempts

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your shipment in real-time through the Bosta tracking portal.

 

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier will attempt to deliver your order up to three times.

     

  • Contact Before Delivery: The courier will typically contact you via phone or WhatsApp on the day of delivery to verify your address.

     

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from brims-eg.com. If you need to return or exchange an item:

  • Request Window: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

     

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

     

  • OTP Verification: For your security, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS or email when the courier arrives for a return or exchange. You must provide this code to the courier only after you have handed over the item.

     

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect the exterior of your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item:

  • You must report the damage to our customer support team within 48 working hours of delivery.

     

  • Please provide clear photographs of the damage and the original packaging to facilitate the investigation.

     

6. Restricted Items

In compliance with Egyptian safety regulations, we do not ship prohibited items including narcotics, weapons, drones, or hazardous materials. Any attempt to ship restricted goods may result in the cancellation of your order.
